Anoka County residents can save money with a new Prescription Discount Card.
The free card will be offered to all county residents as part of a partnership with ProAct, Inc. It’s specifically for residents who don’t have prescription drug coverage on their insurance and offers discounts up to 20 percent on brand-name medications and discounts up to 50 percent on generic medications.
Residents can also get discounts on things like pet prescriptions and laser eye surgery, according to the county. It’s available to all residents regardless of age or income, according to the county.
For more information about the Prescription Discount Card, visit anokacounty.us/rxcard.
