State Patrol Investigates Deadly Yellow Medicine Co. Crash

The State Patrol is investigating a fatal head on crash in Yellow Medicine County.

It happened on Highway 23 south of Granite Falls just before 8:00 a.m.

According to the State patrol, a vehicle driven by 50-year-old Jennifer Henslin of Granite Falls was southbound when it lost control and cross the center median, hitting another vehicle head on.

Henslin suffered minor injuries.

The name of the other person in the other vehicle has not been released.
